The Four UFOs Above Angleur
From the chapter · Renato Rossi
What I saw above Angleur in February 1982 was not simply a vague light in the sky. It was about 5:30 p.m., at sunset. I had finished my workday and was going to visit my brother Mario, who lived on the third floor of an apartment building in Angleur, in the Liège region. I was about five hundred yards from his home. Between the clouds, a clear patch of sky was visible.
There, I suddenly saw four objects. Four distinct flying objects. They stood side by side in a single line. They were round, disk-shaped objects that seemed to be made of shining metal. The light from the setting sun reflected off their undersides and gave them different colors. I could see shapes resembling windows or openings. I estimated the objects were about sixty-five feet in diameter. I heard no engines.
Connection and comparison
The Angleur sighting and the four earlier round marks raise different questions: what was seen, and what connection is perceived? Ufology portraits and synchronicity offer background without confirming or explaining the sighting.
According to the author, the encounters took place in 1980 in the Ligurian hills near Genoa. Dibitonto describes figures he identifies with angels of the biblical tradition.
He connects these encounters with the Gospels and hope for Jesus’s return. This is his religious and spiritual interpretation of the experiences he describes.
Christian faith, the meaning of encounters and the relationship between humanity and the universe run through his testimony. He interprets extraterrestrial presence as part of a spiritual vision connected with Scripture.
These pages offer a particular perspective on the relationship between heaven and earth, listening to Dibitonto’s account while allowing everyone room to reflect.

These experiences are presented as the author’s personal testimonies. Identifying the figures as angels or extraterrestrials belongs to his account and beliefs; it is not a scientifically established conclusion.
We can approach his testimony with respect and curiosity, distinguishing the account, the spiritual meaning he gives it and what can be independently verified. Every reader remains free to reflect.
