Numerology — my personal journey

To most people, numbers are practical signs. They tell us the time, the price of something, someone's age, or the day an event occurred. To me, over the years, numbers acquired a deeper meaning. Numerology is neither a game nor an infallible prediction of the future to me. I see it as a human being's spiritual DNA: a symbolic blueprint of their talents, tensions, missions, and possibilities.

A blueprint is not a prison. We retain our freedom and remain responsible for our choices. But just as physical DNA says something about our predispositions, numbers can, in my view, reveal part of the inner structure with which we travel through life. My own date of birth, June 5, 1948, is the clearest example to me.

My Date of Birth

5 · 6 · 1948

The day number 5 represents movement, curiosity, freedom, and change. In it, I recognize my need to discover new worlds: technology, espresso, ceramics, software, artificial intelligence, and spirituality. The number 5 does not like standing still. Throughout my life, I too continued searching for what could be better, different, or still possible. The month number 6 represents family, care, responsibility, and harmony. In it, I recognize the other great force of my life.

Wherever my work took me, my deepest motivation remained my family. Dorina, Marco, Michael, and later my grandchildren formed the center around which everything else revolved. The tension between 5 and 6 is also familiar to me. The 5 wants freedom and new roads. The 6 wants to protect, hold on, and carry responsibility. My life often unfolded precisely between those two forces.

The Master Number 22

1 + 9 + 4 + 8 = 22

In this calculation, my birth year carries the master number 22. This number is often called the master builder. It connects vision with the mission of building something concrete on Earth. Here too, I recognize the course of my life. I did not merely dream. I built companies, brands, relationships, display systems, and finally, together with Marco, the Glass Pyramid and Piramedia. Not every structure survived.

But every attempt left behind experience, knowledge, and human connections. The shadow side of 22 is the tendency to carry too much responsibility and to continue believing for too long that every problem can still be solved. I recognize that too. Perseverance was one of my greatest strengths, but sometimes also a burden I carried alone for too long.

My Life Path 33

5 + 6 + 22 = 33

When I bring together the day, month, and year of my birth, I arrive at 33. In numerology, 33 is a master number associated with love, responsibility, service, and the transmission of understanding. This number touches me, because helping runs like a thread through my life. At first, I helped customers with technology, coffee, and entrepreneurship.

Later, people came to me with other questions. They asked for a numerological analysis of their character, their present situation, or tensions with other people. Some returned year after year. Not because I could predict their lives, but because the combination of calculation, intuition, and attentive listening helped them recognize patterns. The number 33 also carries a warning. Someone who feels called to help others can forget himself.

He can take on responsibilities that are not entirely his. He can continue giving until his own strength is almost exhausted. I too had to learn that lesson more than once.

The Inner Number 11

5 + 6 = 11

When I bring together only the day and month of my birth, 11 appears. In the method I used, I called it my soul number: the number of intuition, sensitivity, inspiration, and the search for what lies behind visible reality. It does not surprise me that 11 appears precisely in my calculation. As a child, I had experiences during which I thought I left my body.

Later came the experience between life and death, many moments when my intuition asked me to look more attentively. I do not use the number 11 as proof that my explanation is the only correct one. But it shows how deeply the question of the invisible has always been present within me. The number 11 also contains a duality. Sensitivity can bring understanding, but also restlessness. Intuition can indicate a direction, but it must not replace sound judgment.

That is why I always tried to remain open without surrendering my freedom of thought.

My Name Number 9

RENATO ROSSI = 54 → 5 + 4 = 9

When the letters of my full name are converted into numbers according to the numerological system used, the sum is 54, which reduces to 9. The number 9 is associated with humanity, compassion, wisdom acquired through experience, completion, and the desire to pass something on. Here too, I recognize why material success never had the final word for me. Human beings remained more important than the product. The meeting more important than the contract.

And as I grew older, the question of what I could leave to my children, my grandchildren, and the generations that would follow became increasingly strong. This book is an answer to that question.

1981: The Year I Turned 33

One of the most remarkable correspondences for me is found in 1981. It was the year I turned 33 and, at the same time, went through a grave crisis. Precisely during that year of the master number 33, I was forced to let go of many things, accept responsibility, and begin again almost from nothing. Soon afterward, I had the experience between life and death described earlier in this part. I do not claim the number caused those events.

But neither can I deny how deeply that correspondence touches me. The calculation and the course of my life seem to meet there as in a mirror.

The Meaning of 99

99 = 3 × 33

The number 99 has a special meaning for me: three times 33. In it, I recognize the symbolic completion of a story in which building, falling, helping, searching and beginning again keep returning. The number does not make my story more truthful; the experiences must do that. It is a personal way of looking at the connections running through my life.

A Mirror, Not a Verdict

When people asked me for an analysis, I always began with the calculation. But the true meaning emerged only during the conversation. The numbers opened a door. Behind that door stood a person with their own story, sorrow, hope, and free will. Numerology helped me put into words talents and contradictions people often already felt deep within themselves. I used it to explore together why two strong characters always collided at the same point.

Why a person continued to doubt despite great abilities. Why a certain life mission returned year after year. I did not want to confine anyone within a number. I wanted to offer a mirror. What someone recognized there could help them choose more consciously. What did not fit could be left aside. In my eyes, my own analysis shows how remarkably a numerological blueprint and the actual course of a life can touch. The 5 of freedom and change. The 6 of family and responsibility.

The 22 of the builder. The 33 of service. The 11 of intuition. And the 9 of humanity and fulfillment. Together, they do not tell every detail of my life. But they describe with astonishing clarity the forces, missions, and contradictions that shaped me. That is why I call numerology the spiritual DNA of a human being. Not because it fixes everything, but because, in my view, it reveals something of the pattern with which we begin our journey through life.

What we do with that pattern remains our own responsibility.
